A consensus based comprehensive plan, is the basic form of town government. A comprehensive plan can promote: agriculture, industry and science. Without a plan, town decisions are based on the subjective whims of elected officials and appointees.
Town board opinions are guiding some projects to approvals and others to endless wait.
